Prints at Morven Gallery
Morven Gallery Edition Fine Art Prints are now available, in limited editions, for some works by David Greenall, Ruth O'Dell, Gareth Watson, David Nash, Pam Carter and Simon Rivett. These are archival quality Giclee prints produced in-house on Somerset Velvet paper using the latest wide gamut Ultrachrome inks. Also available are high quality prints of Vega works on 315 gsm Innova fine art paper.
Simon Rivett is a well-established fine artist with a reputation
which continues to grow. His love of the Lewis landscape shows in works
such as 'Peat Road, Barvas Moor' from which a high quality Gallery print on Velvet Watercolour Paper
(530 mm X 385 mm) has been made, available at £75. Also available is a print (on photo paper) of his much-admired 'Wave', at £95.
Gareth Watson contributes a very different perspective on Hebridean
scenes. His semi-abstract geometrical works with subtleties of colour
and tone such as 'Port of Ness' are proving increasingly popular. This
particular work is available as a limited edition Gallery print (415
mm X 255 mm), signed by the artist, at £30 unframed.
Also available is 'Rodel' and' North Beach Street'
Vega is a vibrant artist who lives and works in Lewis. Working mainly in oils but also in watercolour, her work focusses on landscape, the sea and on animals.
