is a very well-travelled and experienced artist who has made her home on the Isle of Lewis. Following a degree in Fine Art from Leeds University she extended her knowledge and technique during her stays in Europe, Africa and Indonesia. Vega paints in oil, on canvas, in an unusually bold style in vivid colours; her work, which expresses the stark beauty of the Island, is increasingly in demand.
